Team 4 Ukraine, led by Petr Pojman, has been dedicated to monitoring war crimes in Ukraine for a long time, but recently this term has been used differently in the media and it is not always clear what it actually means. We recorded our pilot podcast/interview on this topic with an analyst and expert on the law of war from the military office of the President of the Republic, Colonel Otakar Foltýn.
