A hospital focused on the rehabilitation of members of the armed forces. He tries to help them get back to a normal life as soon as possible. At the moment, he usually has between 80-100 patients. Most often, veterans are treated here after limb amputations, contusions or brain injuries and other injuries associated with their combat deployment against the occupiers.
The hospital has a long tradition, and thanks to this, there is a competent and professional staff that uses both classical methods of functional rehabilitation and various equipment.
How do we help?
The hospital mainly lacks consumables - these are diapers for adults, bed mats, exercise aids and devices (ultrasound, electrotherapy, motomeds, etc.). A big change would be the ability to get a machine to simulate driving a car, which is used in brain injury rehabilitation.
This year, we have already implemented several deliveries of aid and we want to continue our cooperation and help them overcome this difficult period.
We pass the help directly to the health professionals themselves, who will use it themselves. We are so sure that help will reach the right places where it is really needed.
