T4U is primarily focused on the support and development of civil society in Ukraine, the professionalization of the non-governmental sector, the exchange of information and experience between the Czech Republic and Ukraine in the areas of security and state administration, support of the security forces of Ukraine aimed at achieving compatibility with the operational standards of the EU and NATO forces, direct humanitarian support to civilians affected by the war and, last but not least, material and other assistance to specific units of the defenders of Ukraine.

Monitoring and Analysis

In our outputs we are able to provide a very accurate overview of the current events in Ukraine.

The team has already delivered several hundred tons of humanitarian aid to Ukraine and has been traveling virtually around the clock.

"Hostri Kartuzi" is a drone unit that has been fighting against the occupation since 2014, even more intensively since February 2022, when they were among the first to defend Kharkiv.
